These were made at home from old cardboard and greeting card stock I had been saving, along with leftover embellishments from the sewing box. Supplies mainly include scissors, rolling adhesive (like you use for scrapbooking), and a hot glue gun. With those three things, and a few leftover materials, you can come up with quite a few options.
