Contrary to the claim in the first picture, the surf isn't "up" in summertime. But that didn't deter us from enjoying every moment. Now we have an excuse to go back in winter to see what Pipeline REALLY looks like. More photos abound at Delicious Baby's Photo Friday - check it out!

Thanks for the trip, the photos are neat, like the first one. So the surf is flat, well I just like that, it makes the water almost like a bath - great for lying and soaking.
As a matter of fact I took that exact drive a week ago! It is so beautiful. Definitely my preferred area of Oahu.

That's one thing I love about the North Shore, that it's a completely different place in the summer than it is in the winter. I enjoy it both times of the year!
