Three years ago we started our family garden. It's given us fresh vegatables, gotten us outside, helped picky eaters appreciate healthy food, and has reduced our garbage through composting. This is dedicated to the group of folks over at Green and Clean Mom who are planting their own gardens this spring. Enjoy!

How awesome, LB!!! Love the raised beds. We've got some empty beds out back so I guess we'll get to work this weekend. I already have a basil plant ready to go into the ground...
Oh, and that song just makes me happy. Juno?
I'm green... green with ENVY! Man alive, I wish I could garden. I consider gardening one of those hobbies I will never appreciate personally. Kind of like golf. But I'm living vicariously through your efforts. You go GIRL!
Inspiring me to go garden. I hope I can fit it in between illnesses and chores. :)
Okay, we have a modest garden now. three tomato plants, a red pepper plant, three strawberry plants, some bell pepper seeds, cilantro, that poor sad little basil plant, and some sun flowers. Planted everything last weekend. Wish us (and the plants) luck!
Thanks for the inspiration!
