This year, the 6th grade girls didn't have a coach for their school basketball team. So I volunteered to get them through the season. Having not played much basketball, this was a real stretch. But nine girls and I, including my daughter, banded together to play ball. Was it tough at times? Sure. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Way to go on those free throws!

Basketball Season
This year, the 6th grade girls didn't have a coach for their school basketball team. So I volunteered to get them through the season. Having not played much basketball, this was a real stretch. But nine girls and I, including my daughter, banded together to play ball. Was it tough at times? Sure. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Way to go on those free throws!
