It's obvious I need help. But how, and who? I send an urgent message to one of my most stylish friends, and pitch outsourcing the entire project to her. She agreed! So we shopped, and shopped, and kept shopping. And it worked! And it was a blast!

I got the dress for $60.00 on sale at the White House / Black Market boutique in Stanford shopping center. I never would have tried there myself, it was Kai's idea. That was the crazy thing, I thought it would be high-end shopping, but most of it was done on sale, she just had a nose for it!
You must always bring a friend when you are shopping for something like this. Otherwise, you'll listen to the sales people at some expensive place, and you will walk away with a crappy outfit you will never wear again.
You should have taken a before and after picture. That would have rocked! I'm certain you were absolutely gorgeous.
